30 days to change your mind
Live with it for a month. If it isn't right for your space, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.
Starting a return
Email info@nolenhome.com with your order number. We send return instructions within one business day — there's no form to fill in.
Who pays return shipping
We do. Whether the piece arrived damaged, arrived wrong, or simply doesn't work in your room, return shipping is on us.
Condition
Return it in the original packaging where you can, and complete. Normal marks from trying it in your room are expected and fine.
Your refund
Once the return reaches our warehouse and we've checked it, we refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Warranty
Every piece carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — hinges, frame and upholstery included. Send us a photo and we'll take care of it.
