2. Products
We do our best to show colours and materials accurately. Screens vary, and bouclé has natural variation in its weave — small differences from the photographs are normal and are not defects.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and include shipping. Payment is taken at the time of order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel and fully refund an affected order.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or unavailability, with a full refund.
5. Returns and warranty
Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy: 30-day returns with return shipping covered, and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
6. Intended use
This is domestic furniture. The top holds everyday objects; it is not a step and should not be stood on, and the mirror lid should not be loaded beyond its purpose.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
